Last updated: June 15, 2026

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of Dragble's SDK, API, dashboard, AI features, and related services operated by Muhammad Zaman, trading as Dragble, based in Lahore, Pakistan. By using the service, you agree to follow this policy, applicable payment-provider rules, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Permitted use

You may use Dragble to build lawful business email templates, landing pages, and popups; integrate the SDK into your application; use the API within published rate limits; and use AI features for legitimate business content drafting, editing, accessibility, alt text, layout assistance, and workflow support. Dragble AI features are intended for business editing workflows, not for standalone entertainment, adult, impersonation, mass-spam, political persuasion, or deceptive synthetic-media generation.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use Dragble to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive marketing, phishing, malware, credential-harvesting pages, fraudulent offers, or content that impersonates another person or organization. You may not publish or generate content that violates laws, promotes illegal goods or services, incites hate or violence, exploits minors, contains sexually explicit or adult content, infringes intellectual property, or creates a significant risk of chargebacks, fraud, or reputational harm. You may not reverse-engineer the SDK, circumvent usage limits or security measures, resell API access without authorization, build a competing standalone editor product from Dragble, or automate scraping of the platform.

4. Content standards

Content created or uploaded through the service must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or trade-secret rights; contain malware or harmful code; impersonate other people or organizations; mislead recipients about the sender or purpose of a message; or violate export controls, sanctions, consumer protection, anti-spam, or data protection laws.

5. AI feature specific rules

Dragble AI features are provided to help teams draft, edit, localize, summarize, describe, and improve business email, landing page, popup, and template content. Do not use AI features to generate misleading medical, legal, or financial advice presented as fact; deepfakes; face swaps; voice impersonations; synthetic likenesses of real people without explicit consent; adult or sexual content; hateful or harassing content; spam campaigns; phishing campaigns; deceptive marketing; political persuasion at scale; automated decisions about people; or content that violates the usage policies of our AI providers. Do not attempt to bypass content filters, safety controls, or review workflows.

6. Payments, marketplaces, and resale

Dragble is software for creating and embedding editor workflows. You may not use Dragble as a payment facilitator, digital marketplace, reseller platform, donation platform, crowdfunding platform, gambling product, regulated financial product, investment product, get-rich-quick scheme, technical-support scam, VPN/proxy product, captcha-solving product, or a tool to sell physical goods requiring delivery. You are responsible for ensuring the products, services, and campaigns you create with Dragble comply with the rules of your payment provider, email service provider, and applicable law.

7. Rate limits and fair use

API calls are subject to fair use limits based on your plan. Excessive automated usage may be throttled or restricted to protect service stability, and you may contact sales@dragble.com to discuss higher limits for legitimate production needs.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of access. Content violating this policy may be removed, and enforcement decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.

9. Reporting violations

If you believe someone is abusing the service, please report it to hello@dragble.com. Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate promptly.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced with at least 30 days' notice where required, and the effective date above will reflect the latest revision.
