Terms of Service
Last updated: April 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Dragble. By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, installing the SDK, or otherwise using any part of the Dragble service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Dragble. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Description of Service
Dragble provides an embeddable drag-and-drop editor SDK and related tools that let developers add email template builders, landing page builders, and popup builders to their own applications. The service is delivered as npm packages (React, Vue, Angular, and Vanilla JS wrappers), a hosted editor iframe, a REST API, a developer dashboard at https://developers.dragble.com, and associated documentation at https://docs.dragble.com. Features and usage limits vary by subscription plan. We may update, expand, or discontinue features at any time, and will communicate material changes in advance.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access paid features and the developer dashboard. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. One account per person — you may not share accounts or create multiple accounts for the same individual. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at hello@dragble.com.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Dragble offers a permanent free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual cycle, as you select at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for each renewal period. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor that acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your payment details are collected, stored, and handled solely by that processor — Dragble does not store your card information. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice, communicated by email or a prominent notice on the site. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date after the notice period.
5. Free Trial
Most paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period you have full access to all features included in your selected plan. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged at the then-current rate for the billing cycle you selected. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your dashboard settings with no penalty and no charge.
6. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of all applicable fees, Dragble grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Dragble SDK, API, editor, and platform for their intended purpose — embedding editor functionality within your own applications and internal projects. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, white-label, or redistribute the SDK or platform as a standalone product. Any use beyond this scope requires prior written permission.
7. Your Content & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all designs, templates, HTML exports, and other content you create using Dragble. Dragble does not claim any ownership over your work. By using the service, you grant Dragble a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and export your content solely to the extent necessary to provide the service to you. This license ends when you delete the relevant content or close your account. You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you upload or create through the service.
8. Dragble Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Dragble platform — including but not limited to the SDK source code, editor application, REST API, documentation, trademarks, logos, and visual design — is owned by or licensed to Dragble. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license described in Section 6. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the platform or any part of it.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Dragble only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications; distributing malware, harmful code, or deceptive content; impersonating any person or organization; circumventing rate limits or technical access controls; using the service to violate any applicable law or regulation; and scraping or bulk-extracting data from the platform without authorization. For the complete list of prohibited activities, see our Acceptable Use Policy at https://dragble.com/acceptable-use.
10. API Usage & Rate Limits
Dragble API access is provided for fair, good-faith use within your subscription plan's stated limits. You may not make excessive or abusive automated requests that degrade the service for other users. We reserve the right to throttle API calls, impose queuing, or temporarily suspend API access when usage significantly exceeds reasonable limits or your plan's allowances. Repeated or intentional abuse of API rate limits may result in permanent account suspension without refund.
11. AI Features
Certain Dragble plans include AI-powered features such as text generation, heading and button suggestions, image creation, and alt-text generation. To provide these features, your content is sent to third-party AI providers, and is subject to those providers' own terms of service and privacy policies. Dragble does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, completeness, legality, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before using it in any live environment. If you use the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) feature, you are additionally bound by your chosen AI provider's terms, usage policies, and any applicable costs.
12. Third-Party Services
Dragble integrates with third-party services, including email service providers (ESPs), cloud storage providers, and payment processors. These integrations are provided for your convenience. Dragble is not responsible for the availability, reliability, accuracy, or security of any third-party service, and is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of or reliance on third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed solely by those services' own terms of service and privacy policies.
13. Data Processing
Our Privacy Policy, available at https://dragble.com/privacy, describes in full how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data, including your rights under applicable privacy laws. By using Dragble, you acknowledge and agree to that policy. If you use Dragble to process personal data belonging to your own end users, you remain the data controller for that data, and you are responsible for having the appropriate legal basis and disclosures in place with those users.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Dragble for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the total amount you paid to Dragble in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will Dragble be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if Dragble has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a limited remedy set forth in these Terms is found to have failed its essential purpose.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dragble from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the service; your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or any content you create, upload, or transmit through the service.
16. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription and close your account from the dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your paid plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will occur. Dragble may suspend or terminate your access with immediate effect if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or create legal or regulatory risk for the service or its users. Upon termination for any reason, your right to access and use the service ends immediately. Your stored data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless we are required by law to retain it for a longer period.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, applicable law, or our business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before the changes take effect, either by email to the address on your account or by a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of Dragble after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and cancel your account before the changes take effect.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises between you and Dragble in connection with these Terms or the service, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days before initiating any formal proceeding. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your own country are not affected by this clause.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect as if the invalid or unenforceable provision had never been included.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy (https://dragble.com/privacy), the Acceptable Use Policy (https://dragble.com/acceptable-use), and the Refund Policy (https://dragble.com/refund-policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Dragble with respect to the service. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, representations, warranties, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms of Service take precedence unless otherwise stated in the applicable policy.
