1. What are cookies and local storage
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They help sites remember your preferences and understand how you interact with them. Local storage serves a similar purpose but is stored directly in your browser and is not sent with every HTTP request. Dragble uses both cookies and local storage on https://www.dragble.com.
2. How we use cookies and storage
We use cookies and local storage for essential site functionality (such as remembering your theme preference and cookie consent choice), analytics and product measurement (to understand how visitors use our site, only with your consent), and advertising/conversion measurement (only when configured and only with your consent). Non-essential analytics, session replay, advertising pixels, and conversion tracking are disabled by default and only load after you accept them in the cookie banner.
3. Essential storage (always active)
These items are required for the site to function and cannot be disabled. They do not collect personal data for marketing purposes. dragble_cookie_consent — Stored in localStorage. Records whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies via our consent banner. Values: "accepted" or "declined". Duration: persistent until cleared. dragble-theme — Stored in localStorage. Remembers your light or dark theme preference. Duration: persistent until cleared. These items are stored locally in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
4. Analytics cookies (consent required)
These tools may set cookies or use browser storage only after you click "Accept" on our cookie consent banner. If you decline, they are not loaded for tracking. Google Analytics 4 may set _ga and _ga_[MEASUREMENT_ID] cookies to distinguish visitors and maintain session state. Typical duration: up to 2 years. We enable IP anonymization where supported. Google Tag Manager may load configured analytics or marketing tags after consent. Microsoft Clarity may collect product analytics, heatmaps, and session replay data after consent. PostHog may collect product analytics, page views, page leaves, feature usage, and session data after consent. Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag may collect page-view and conversion measurement events after consent when those integrations are configured. We use Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics and advertising storage denied by default.
5. How to manage cookies
You can manage cookies and local storage in several ways: Cookie consent banner — When you first visit our site, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential analytics and advertising measurement. Your choice is remembered in local storage. Browser settings — Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Note that blocking essential storage may affect site functionality (for example, your theme preference will not persist). Global privacy controls and ad preferences — Browser-level tracking protection, platform ad preferences, and vendor opt-out tools may limit third-party analytics or ad measurement. 6. Third-party opt-outs
In addition to declining cookies via our banner, you can use vendor opt-out tools where available, such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and privacy/ad preference tools provided by Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and your browser or device platform.
