Refund Policy

1. Overview
Dragble is committed to fair billing and transparent refunds. Payments for subscriptions are handled through a third-party payment processor acting as Merchant of Record, which means that payment collection, tax handling, and refund settlement may be processed by that provider on our behalf.
2. Free Plan
Our Free plan is free forever. You do not enter payment details for the Free plan, no charges are applied, and therefore no refund is applicable for Free plan usage.
3. Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you receive full access to the selected paid plan features, no charge is applied until the trial ends, and you may cancel anytime before the trial expires to avoid billing.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. You have an unconditional 14-day refund window after each monthly charge. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
5. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at the start of each annual term. You have an unconditional 14-day refund window after the annual charge. After 14 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period and no refund is issued for the unused remainder of the term.
6. Auto-Renewal Disclosure
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. We may send a renewal reminder before the next charge. To prevent renewal, cancel your subscription from your dashboard before the renewal date.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@dragble.com and include your account email address plus a short reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund is submitted through the payment provider and typically takes 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Exceptions
Within the 14-day refund window, refunds are unconditional. Outside that window, no refund is available for accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations, plan downgrades, or partial months of service already consumed.
9. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade plans from your dashboard. Upgrades are charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact us first if you believe there is a billing error. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in temporary account suspension while we review the matter.
11. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt a good-faith negotiation before escalation. Any unresolved dispute will be handled in accordance with the Terms of Service governing your use of the service.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any revision will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date so you can see when the policy changed.
